Dr. V.N.S. Malleswara Kota D. completed his B.Sc. in 2001, M.Sc. in 2003, M.Phil. in 2006, and Doctorate in 2013, all from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. In 2014, he joined the Department of Biosciences at SSSIHL as an Assistant Professor.
His expertise lies in using Drosophila and Pila globosa as model systems to study environmental stress. As a dedicated teacher, he also uses Drosophila, Lymnaea stagnalis, Zebra fish, and Chick embryos to enhance students’ understanding of Developmental Biology.
Apart from teaching, Dr. Malleswara Kota is currently serving as the Warden of the Prasanthi Nilayam Campus, SSSIHL.
