Sri Raghavendra is an “A” grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan under light music category, “B-High” grade artist under Hindustani classical vocal category. He is also a “Grade-2” light music composer for AIR and Doordarshan. He holds double Master degree in Hindustani Classical vocal music in which he secured highest number of marks. He has also cleared UGC-NET in music.
He has given performances in Hindustani Classical vocal music and light music at many places throughout India and abroad. He has also performed on All India Radio National Programme, which was broadcast on all the stations of All India Radio throughout India at a time. He has composed many songs for All India Radio and Doordarshan. He has trained many students in India and also in foreign countries through online teaching. He has also been in the panel of judges for All India Radio Regional Audition Board (RAB) and Local Audition Board (LAB).
