Dr. G. Padmavathy specializes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Change. At SSSIHL, she teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
Dr. Padmavathy completed her B.Sc. in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agriculture University, Coimbatore, in 1998, followed by an MBA in Human Resource Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. She later earned an M.Phil. in Marketing Management and a Doctorate in Management from Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. She is also UGC-NET qualified in Management.
Before joining Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in June 2014, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at VIMS, Salem, Tamil Nadu, from 2005 to 2014.
Dr. Padmavathy is currently the Head of the Department of Management & Commerce at SSSIHL.
