Dr. Denny Melkay M. George is a dedicated and passionate teacher in the field of Physics.
He earned his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) in 2005, where he also completed his Master’s in Physics and an M.Tech. in Applied Optics in 2009. Following his studies, Dr. George worked as a Design Engineer at GE Healthcare, Bengaluru, for two years before returning to SSSIHL in 2012 to serve as an Assistant Professor.
In 2024, Dr. George successfully completed his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Shailesh Srivastava. His doctoral research focused on “Novel Low-Cost Line-Field Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography Techniques: Applications in Vibrometry, Angiography, and In-Vivo Imaging.”
