Sri Abhijith Ajayakumar completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta, from 2011 to 2014, followed by his postgraduate studies at University College, Trivandrum, from 2014 to 2016. His journey into advanced research began in 2019 when he commenced his Ph.D. on the topic Controllability and Observability of Networked Systems under the mentorship of Dr. Raju K. George at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum. He successfully defended his thesis in August 2024.
During his doctoral studies, he co-authored the book A Course in Linear Algebra, published by Springer, and contributed six journal papers and one conference paper. After completing his Ph.D., he served as a Research Assistant at IIST from April 29, 2023, to October 29, 2024.
Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Prasanthi Nilayam Campus, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
