Digital transformation and digital disruption have changed the way businesses are run today. The world of work is changing at a fast pace. Artificial intelligence and automation will make this shift as significant as mechanization was in prior generations of agriculture and manufacturing. It has impacted all the functions within an organization. The digital native workforce is also influencing the way organizations execute their operations.
The objective of this program is as follows:
- Provide an overview of the transformation that is happening across various functions such as Marketing, Sales, Supply chain, Human resources, Finance, and Risk management
- Explore how digital transformation is enabling enterprise-wide analytics and decision support systems
- Orient the future workforce on how they could prepare themselves to learn, adapt and succeed in environments supporting transformation
