Systematic Literature Reviews in Sustainable Consumption
The research focus is on compiling the existing extant literature scientifically and methodically to provide insights to various industries and future research scholars. The industries studied include the sustainable fashion industry, luxury goods, durable goods, and Plant Based Meat Substitutes. The systematic reviews are carried out based on existing frameworks like PRISMA and SPAR-4-SLR. The analysis is based on various frameworks like ADO Framework, TCCM Framework, Hybrid frameworks, Theory-based reviews, etc. The research provides a comprehensive understanding of existing literature and a detailed discussion of future research agendas.
Spirituality – An Attitudinal Variable Among Other Factors that Drive Purchase Behaviour of Green Consumer Segment
The research tests the effect of spirituality as one of the attitudinal determinants of green consumer behaviour. The study undertook spirituality as one of the factors, along with others, to test the hypothesis. Quantitative research was carried out, and structural equation modelling was performed to test the direction of the relationship between the variables under study. The research not only adds a new worldview to the existing literature but also carries important implications for Marketers, businesses, policymakers, and future researchers.

Vulnerability in Leadership
The current study, having embraced an ambivalent definition of vulnerability, focuses on understanding the expression of vulnerability by top management across different industries in corporate India based on motivations of its imperative relevance on academic and industry fronts. On discovering vulnerability and disclosure, insights into accrued benefits, including organisational citizenship behaviour & and perceived leader effectiveness, shall emerge, which could then be harnessed via leadership development programmes and associated interventions toward leadership development in India.
