Graduating from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning with a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry (MPC) degree, she pursued her Masters in Applied Mathematics at Sri Padmavati Mahila Viswavidyalayam, Tirupathi. She then worked for her Doctoral research in the area of Graph Theory at the same University and received her degree in the year 1999. Since then she is associated with the Dept. of Mathematics and Computer Science, as a faculty member. She is currently the Head, Department of Mathematics & Computer Science, SSSIHL.
