Five students of M.B.A. from the Anantapur women’s campus had the opportunity to participate and present their papers at the prestigious 3rd International Marketing Conference (iMARC III) hosted by IIM Shillong on 30 & 31 January 2024 with the theme “Marketing Transformations: Reimagine, Realign & Rework”. The conference witnessed 254 submissions, with 234 registrations and 158 presentations, from both academia and industry professionals, on over 23 sub-themes.
The five students and their papers that were accepted and selected for the presentation post a rigorous review and selection process are:
- Meenakshi Himika Piduri presented on “Will ChatGPT change the world? Demystifying the users’ intentions through antecedents”
- Sai Poojitha presented on “Return intention behaviour of consumers in electronics gadgets: An empirical study”
- G A Sai Jyothika presented on “Consumers’ new commute for a green world: Adoption behaviour of electric vehicles”
- Muskan Pradhan presented on “Unveiling motivations: Insights into sustainable lifestyle adoption and perspectives”
- A N S M Praharshitha presented on “Antecedents towards green purchase behaviour of cosmetics – An exploratory study”
The students were guided by their supervisor, Mrs. Akanksha Aggarwal, Asst. Professor in the Dept. of Management & Commerce.
International Marketing Conference (iMarC) is an annual International referred marketing conference of IIM Shillong started in 2021. The 3rd International Conference in Marketing aimed to provide a platform for all marketing researchers and professionals from academia and industry to come together to discuss and deliberate on the current marketing transformations. The conference showcased groundbreaking research and innovative ideas from experts and scholars worldwide.
